Nigerian Bar association President (NBA), Mahmud Abubakar SAN, has demand the suspension
of the judges recently arrested by department of state security service (DSS)
base on allegations of corruption.
Mr. Maumud made the call at a farewell court session
organized in honour of a retiring court
of appeal judge , Justice Sotonye Denton-West.
Mr. Mahmud (SAN) also added , “it is excessively
important that the NJC should take immediate action to protect the image of the
judges”.
